Sitemap Question

Hi. I have built a few pages that are linked as 'Open in pop up window' , published them and they work fine however these pages are not listed on my site map. I have used the BV sitemap crawler and also added them to the sitemap manually but still they don't show. I have checked in my control panel and they are there.

Is it normal for pop-up pages not to be listed on the sitemap?
