Forums and Emails out

I'm planning a phpBB forum on my soon to be made site, considering Vodahost for the hosting.

I saw a restriction on emails going out, 200 per hour or something, and wondered how this worked with forums sending out notifications of new posts. Since I hope this is a successful forum, I dont want people complaining they dont get notifications.

Forum notifications are ok..they will not be effected, this is for mass mailing php scripts.

What would be considered a reasonably successful forum bandwidth ?
Would this easily be accomodated within the 300gb per month, or would one have to worry about it ?

300Gb is more than enough. Additional bandwidth is available on a $2/Gb/Month basis, if required.
