I seem to have misplaced me welcome email,therefore I do not know any of my login details,do I get new login details for the c-panel.
I am really stuck as my website is ready for uploading to the internet,and I do not know what to do next.

Hello Again Guys,
I'm afraid I am going to be a total pain in the rear,I do not seem to have a list email address registered with BV.
How do I go about getting a support ticket sent if they do not recognise my email address.
