My website download is right now manual, in other words i gotta upload the digital product in the ftp and then i gotta send a download link to the customer.
But is it possible to make it automatic?
If so then please tell me how? or who i must hire for it?

This is a typical shopping cart question. So, if you have Paypal "Buy now" buttons, specify the return link from Paypal's site to be a link page on your site, where the customer can click on the link and access the downloadable product.
