Question I need help bad.

I judt started using this software and now I have a big problem. When I started using it,my files were saved as a .htm, and now for some reason they have been changed to .bvp, making it to where I can't see anything I add to my page. Can someone please tell me how I can get it back to where it was,so I can continue to build my website? If you have any info that would be of some help, please tell me.

Your files where never saved on your computer as .HTML, By default BlueVoda saves all files with a .bvp extention. When you publish the pages. BlueVoda
dynamically creates .html pages. on the fly.

If you are using Blue Voda, simply use the "Preview" feature (top of Blue Voda browser/tool bar -- rollover until label presents..).
IE will start, and give you a look at your page of how it will present when published.

1) Have you watched the tutorials about how to add text and images?
2) What are you trying to add that is not showing up?
3) Please publish the page and we will look at it.

Your computer must have Windows 2000 or better for Blue Voda to work properly. Most of the Preview and logon functions work best (by default) with Internet Explorer.

When you have your Page "open" in Blue Voda, and are working on it, it is not "live" and you will not see the page in dynamics.

To see, to check, and to 'test' your BV created webpage, use PREVIEW. ("Save" your page first...)
It will allow you to see a "mock-live" view of your webpage.

To see it truly LIVE, you must publish it.
To publish it, you must have a VodaHost account.
If you publish it, and need to make corrections, the next time you publish the edited page, it will overwrite the old one, so you do not need to worry about stacking up old pages in your account.

If you need instructions on how to USE BLUE VODA, learn from the video Tutorials : Click Here For Video Tutorials on Using Blue Voda

Slow down. Relax. This is supposed to be fun.

Your image is laying "over" the other elements: left-click on the image once, then right-click on it > Properties displays > click on SEND TO BACK

Try that and tell me what you see now.....

Remember, now that you have an image (or any element) under text boxes, you will need to set the text box "backgrounds" to transparancy to see through them...to (right click) Format the text box to 'clear' select "AUTO" as the background...
