Thread: pics not showing

when i open my pages in IE, my pics do not show, the page shows the outline of the picture and a small box with a x in the upper left hand cormer. is this normal or what?

Hit refresh F5 several times. If this does not work, verify the location of your pics, did you change folders after saving and publishing?

page is not published yet, i am opening my page in IE via the file buton in the browser.
