Thread: Cant publish website and log in

Hi all.
Im from England. I joined up to blue voda through voda host and started to build a website....when i went to publish it i had to register an account so i did and gave my debit card details and registered.
When i went to publish it it said i had an incorrect password??!!
I filled out a support ticket to which i was told i live too far away??
So what else can i do to publish my website????
Help please!!!!

Have you had your confirmation email with your password and account detail set up?

I am in the uk never had a problem with a support ticket

if you have had the confirmation email etc the open another support ticket stating the details off your account and that your account is not working
