    Talking Password Protection

    Hi,
I've viewed the threads regarding password protection of pages, but I have a few questions. I understand that you need to create a new folder within your public folder and then make this folder password protected. However, what do you do if you have already set up, saved and published webpages which you now want to password protect? I have set up a website for a football (soccer) competition I am running, and only want those people playing to be able to access certain pages of my website. Also, once they have entered their username and password, do they then have a free reign of all pages, or will they have to re-enter their username and password for each page they try to access? A little help would be muchly appreciated.
Your friend across the pond in England,
    Pete.

    1) All passoword protected pages MUST be in the same directory (folder)
    2) once somebody logs in they have access to all the page in your directory

i advise you to get a member script. You want people to register and log in to gain access to some pages that the public can't, right? Then it should be better to have a members script. But,that's my opinion.
