Thread: I have a problem with my page

I have been building a web page for my friends band, and when I try to view it to see how it looks, I get a small box that says unexpected file format. How do I fix this problem so I can try to finish the page?

Where and when do you get this message? How can we duplicate it to
diagnose it? What are you doing when you see this?

It shows up everytime I try to view it in IE.All I am doing is trying to see if evrything is placed where I want it to make the page look the Way I want it to.

Is your IE configed correctly, do u get this on every page or just one, is the page saved???

Yes, IE is the same as it has always been. This does happen on every page, including when I open a new document to add to the page to make it into a site. I save all my pages before viewing them in IE, but for some reason this problem started last night and I can't figure out what happened or how to fix it.

Angel.. can you check your saved files..?? make sure they are saved bvp. Even if they are, try this, open one of the files in bv, save as, give it any name and save.. then view.. see what happens.
