Thread: Landing Page issue!!!!

I recently published the Landing page for Martech Inc.

My problem is as such:

I placed a Navagation bar at the bottom of the page. When one clicks on the bar it should take them to the About Us page ( but it doesn't ).

I saved the Landing Page as .index
Named the navigation bar, continue.
I then tried the following saving as for the navigation bar to open into the About Us page.

Saved As:

About_Us
about_us
.index

I even went as far as making sure I linked the page as one of the following:

http://Martech-Inc.biz/index
http://Martech-Inc.biz/About_Us
http://Martech-Inc.biz/about_us
http://Martech-Inc.biz/index/about_us
http://Martech-Inc.biz/index/About_Us

Neither of the links above would permit the About Us page to open.

What am I forgetting, or not doing that I should be doing?

How did you PUBLISH the About Us page? That's the only way it's going to work in the navigation.

You would be well advised to either use your BV ftp program or your file manager in your Cpanel and delete ALL instances of about_us and your index page and start again.

Republish your landing page (index) (small letters-nothing else)
and then republish your about_us page again.

If you still have problems after the above, get back to us here............

make do not post duplicate threads about the exact same thing.

As you said above you got to the page but it is blank.
The about_us page as I have it created has basically the following information on it.

The Head file changes slightly from the landing page in that the 2 boats will change to show each step in the painting/coating of the yacht.
But the following information is supposed to appear on the about_us page, and it shows it as being blank as you saw.

The Landing page was saved as .index
the link navigation was directed to the about_us page
The about_us page was saved as url http://martech-inc.biz/about_us as described before with and without the html and in caps as well as small letters.

Ok, you MUST have saved it as something else. If you wish, use myform to send me your login details so i'll have an inside look.

I suppose the problem is solved because i can see your "about_us.html" page.

I can see your about page as well, but all I can see is the complete html code !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
