Thread: how do you make things appear on every page?

Hi again!
How do you make things appear on every page? For example if you want to have the template on every page how do you do it like a master page or something? Please help, ANYONE!

1) Create a master template
2) File > save as template

I have many pages created already. The master page looks like it would work if I were to start making new pages, but now every time i want to change a hyperlink for my site I need to open each page, change the hyperlink and upload each (entire) page again.

ALSO
for my photo galleries, if I were to add 2 or 3 photos, I have to publish the entire page and upload all photos again, true?

This seems redundant, any way around publishing existing content already online?
