Default Tutorial for double clicking on email to bring up customers email page

Excuse my terms, I am wondering if we have a tutorial so that when a customer double clicks on my email address in my contact_us page, my email address will pop into their email in the TO section so they do not have to copy and paste my email manually. I tried to find it but dont seem to locate it.
    Hope I am making sense.
    Thank you

Make it a link - using the link function - instead of html - you want it to be a mail to link.

Thanks bethers but is there a tutorial to explain this in detail (for someone such as myself who does not really understand computers too well).
I cannot see one but was hoping I overlooked something.
I saw them on hyperlinks etc when clicking on a word or image etc but that wont then pop sales@etc into customers section will it? Or will it?
