loading saved template

i got this next message when i tried to open up a saved template for a new page

what does it mean and why im getting it

did some checking for myself as well but it seems the files turned into a wwb file, what happend then :s

I just tested it and it worked for me.

Use File->Save As Template, to save your page as template.
Use File->New Page->From Template, to create a new page based on a template.
