Thread: Images lost when moving to an other PC?

What happened to my images when I moved all the files from one PC to an other. The pages are all there but when I click where the image is supposed to be I get the popup box with the image file and everything but it's not displayed. Everything else on the pages are left as before. I have copied the whole directory so it's a mirror of what I had. Any ideas?

Hi there ... not to worry .... the reason this has happened is simply that the path to your images is now different from one computer to the other ... your images remain in your directory and are still viewable via the web - you will notice the difference only when you open your page with the blue voda webbuilder - you would need to re-insert those images from your new computer to be able to view them in your webbuilder - I just did the same thing. I am still able to make changes on my pages, republish without re-inserting the photos again and the changes occur and everything is still the same when viewing on the www.

So you can take your time at re-inserting the pics into your pages again, it hinders nothing, I may or may not ever do it .....
