ROR Sitemap

Hi,
I have just set up an ROR sitemap on my website using excellent and very clear instructions given elsewhere on this forum. My question is, does anyone know if this automatically updates as I add new pages, if not what do I have to do to update it?

You have to run the ROR program again after changes.............just upload the new one when your done..............

If its minor changes, it can wait until you add a new page or make major changes......its your call.

For your info, I have just changed over from using the ROR sitemap
to the sitemap.gz one.
This is a piece of software that you have on your own computer, and you can create your own site map for Google, and submit it to Google, and ftp it to your website.

Its so good that I am now selling it at Your Local Software Centre

This sitemap generator no longer works - is there a decent alternative please.

This is only for sites with less than 500 pages. Anyone have a decent free one for bigger sites?
