Thread: FTP files

I don't know much about FTP, and I have already viewed the tutorial.

Am I supposed to have LOTS of .gif images from my site in my FTP public_html folder? It looks like every time I make changes to my pages, the GIF files have loaded into my public FTP automatically (navigation bar images, etc.).

Should I be deleting all of those files?

Only delete them if you do not want them to show up.
