Dear All,
I was trying to put up a form for trial memberships. The feilds are First Name, Last Name, Email, Street Address, City, Country, Zip or Pin Code, Trading style(Dpop Down List),How did You hear about us(Drop down List), Others, Disclaimer, Check box for accepting the disclaimer, & Submit Form.This form when submitted asks for Outlook to send a mail. Incase someone is not configured Outlook or any other email program then this form would not be sent to me. I checked out the Tutorial & I tried using the PHP page. It sends me only a few feilds & not all the feilds. As its a Trial how can i also get the IP address of the person's computer who is filling the form. This would be to avoid repeat applications for Trial.

1) redo the form..you messed up somewhere it should send you all the users info
2) You need to be running sometype of script to capture an IP
