Red face Just Joined..What a mess!

WE sure can use a lot of help here...WE just signed up for vodahost(yesterday) and we're good to go...we have VERY limited knowledge on website building, and did teach ourselves what little we do know. We used Yahoo site builder to build our site. (www.paradeofvalues.com), and we are published on the net. For various reasons we were not satisfied with yahoo as our host, so we did some research and found vodahost has all we needed. Now comes the problems, We need step by step instructions on what to do now. What is the first step we take, then next step, etc. We have to get the site into Blue Voda in order to publish it. (We haven't cancelled yahoo yet, so we are still live). Then after all the dust has settled, WE need to incorporate a shopping cart into my site. We also guess that when we get the site over to blue voda there will be some adjustments that will have to be made. PLEASE HELP!!

Go..

File >> New Page >> From Existing HTML Page

This way you can import your site. You will have to tweak it.

We thought we should smart ftp and upload all files from there. I am getting this error message:

Resolving host name "paradeofvalues.com"

Connecting to 66.218.79.169 Port: 21

Connected to paradeofvalues.com.

An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.

Server closed connection

Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...

If I went to File> from existing html page, would I have to down load each page separately? Geeze my site has A LOT of pages in it. Sorry if my questions seems dumb, just can't seem to grasp getting my site in here!! Thanks
