Thread: installation assistance

i have tried to download bv both ways and still can't get it install. i keep getting an error message "install error bad ccr" or "doesn't seems to be a valid zip file". i use winzip. i had this same problem when i first came to your web site and tried to download bv in october '06. i've tried faq. no help. looked for "download problems" link. can't seem to find one.

I had the exact same error message script problem and could not download from the site or with winzip. I gave up and have kept using 9.0.3.
