    Cool Guestbook

I live in Thailand and everything that gets entered in my guestbook has a 12 hour difference from the actual time in Thailand. How can I set my guestbook to give me Thailand times ?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,
I would also like to know if there is a way of setting the correct time (France/CET, it's now 22.41 here) on my guestbook .... if not then it's not really important, the date is right so that's what really counts.
    Thanks very much.

    Susie Palmer,

U should not hijack Kevin Dwyer's thread before his question is answered.

Have the courtsey to allow him to obtain an answer first.

That is the only proper way.

It wouldn't depend on the guestbook script you are using, if it has a built in feature to set the server time. If not you would either have to edit the script manually, or you can use a line of code in your .htaccess file to set the time zone.

    Heres the .htaccess code

    SetEnv TZ America/Washington

"America/Washington" is the timezone. As to where to get a list of all the time zone formatting I'm not sure, i'm sure a google search will produce a table with a full list. (Sorry, I don't have a list or a link to a list)

    Register/Login Script
Do you use a Password Protected Directory? Need a way to allow users to make their own account, try my .htaccess Login Script

Mea culpa Kevin, i had not meant to short-circuit, but when i saw your query which was still waiting to be replied, i thought i would string along my very similar query to avoid opening new threads, but thank goodness there are forum members like Zuriatman to keep some of us in check.
