I have used BlueVoda for a while know. I know that BlueVoda is free to use easily but I have graphic knowledge etc. and would like to ask if it is allowed to start up a web design bussiness designing sites with BlueVoda?

Yes! No problem at all. But any web sites would have to be hosted at Vodahost as BV is only compatible with VH’s servers.
