How can I create a page that will be smaller than a regular page (Like a 200x200 pixels). When I change it in the page properties it still remains a regular page...

Are you asking how to get a page to pop-up as a much smaller page?

Is there a way to make the page smaller without using it as a pop-up?
Meaning when you type in the URL it will come up smaller than a regular page.
