Thread: Members Area/Calendar

Hi everyone

I'm looking to build a site for a friend who runs a nig***lub.

He wants to have a Calendar which will show all up coming events and gigs.

However he would like the promoters to be able to login and add their own calendar events.

Firstly, is there a calendar feature in BV? And secondly, is it possible to have people login and contribute to this?

Through Fantastico you can install a calendar. There you can also set permissions for users (being them able to update the calendar or not).

So I guess I need to look into Fantastico - have no idea what it is!

Go in yo urControl Panel, and click on the last icon (Fantastico). You wil be taken to Fantastico which is a collectopn of software / scripts like Galleries, Shopping carts, Content Management systems etc that you can automatically install on your site.
