About LinkBacksWhen I was reading the terms and conditions one part said that you cannot have live chat but does that mean you also canot have a live help option too.
I understand having a thing like msn would be bad for the whole server, the kind of live chat I want to do is like I said, only for help.
it's a bit of html that I would put on the site... so would that be allowed?

You can have a live help script. Live chat is not allowed because it would require too many of the server resources (in case there are some hundreds of users online)
