Thread: What does this mean?

In my CPanel there's a place to put your friends here on but when I clicked it to send a message to one of them I got an "Your administrator has disabled private messaging." Is private messaging a priviledge thing here on BV? Thanks

Yes, It was a privilege thats been disabled by the administrator.. ! Nobody has private messaging. Did you think you were just being picked on?
