Thread: downloading files

Hello.....
I am trying to download my files from website back to my laptop by selecting on the file menu 'From an existing html page... a box comes up with import html page..I enter the url name...select remote internet......and then it goes crazy and opens 60 browsers until i can stop it.......what am i doing wrong..can anyone enlighten please .....thankyou

Should not be happening. What is the page you are trying to import?

If you are having an old version of Bv, please update it to the last version. The old ones (BV 8 had this problem when the URL was mistyped.)

Also make sure that you are typing the entire URL (http://ww. ....... .
