Thread: How to publish after index page?

Hi!
I have published index page succesfully.
When I click on navigation buttons, they can go to following pages but pages can't be displayed even I also have published them.

I do it like this:
After building it on BV > Save Page As... > Preview it as html > Save As... go back to BV > connect FTP Manager .

This is how I do to publish index page and the rest of the pages but only index page is OK and the rest can't be displayed.
I think I must be wrong.

Please advise how to publish correctly after index pages or
where I can I see to do this.
