Thread: problem with my website

im having updating problems it's my main page this happens everytime i want to update...maybe once a week i will not have a problem....can someone help me...all my other pages update it's just this one page...it's my home page...please he me....if u no someone that can help please tell them
oh and i have deleted all my cookies history cache, restarted my computer and im running a spyware things now

ok so if i restart my computer, start a spyware search delete my cookies and history and republish my page 3 or 4 times it updates....but still i don't want to do this everytime i want to update....i still need help

is there something on my page that is preventing it from updating will html mess it up

and does anyone noe were i can test the speed of my page??? please check mywebpage out and tell me what u think....does it need anything do i need to take somthing away i need feedback...

Fisrt of all, your home page is spelled with a Capital H. Just name it home, save and publish. (Your index page is fine). All page names must be small letter without any spaces.
