You have to sign up with BV for Hosting. That would require you to puchase a hosting package. BV web builder is free- Hosting is not.
However- hosting with BV is extremely affordable. Look around and you will see. Click on the products and prices link at the very top for more info.

If U have already signed up all the user names and passwords will be in your Welcome Letter from VodaHost.
If U do not have a welcome letter means U do not have a hosting account with VodaHost. So U cant use the FTP as U do not have an IP address.www.siapamoyanganda.com/
