Thread: Major Problem

Hello,
I can't seem to open my index page, it keeps shutting down bluevoda. I can open other pages. When I try too open my index page, it closes bluevoda completely, and tells me windows will let me know when they find a solution. I re-downloaded the software, and I still have the problem. I don't want to lose all the work I did, how can I fix this. I thought the page might be corrupt, so I sent it to my desktop with bluevoda and it open up, but with out the images. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks. I'm running vista on my laptop, and all my pages are saved on it too.

I opened bluevoda and checked the help to see what version I have. I read it and, version 9.1.0, is this correct?

I suspect that the file has got corrupted somehow.

Did you try opening it in safe mode?

How do I do that?

Restart the computer and as it starts to boot- hit the F8 key repeatedly until you see a screen that asks if you want to start in safe mode. Choose safe mode and hit enter.

Once in safe mode- open BV and then try to open the index page.
