You cannot optimize a single page for all those keywords - it's impossible. I guarantee that the se's will either ignore that or penalize it (eventually).

First, make sure that the words you put in that box you actually used on the page. Then make sure that they are words that you are optimizing THAT page for. Then type them in. Even then, none of the major se's use the keyword meta to determine your keywords - they use the page itself to do that. But there are some little se's that might look at it still.
