Thread: Can't Find my IP, Username and Password in the welcome email

In the video tutorial of publishing my page on the internet, it said that my Server IP, username and password would be in the welcome email I recieved but I don't see them there. Can you help me?

When you purchase a Vodahosting account the welcome email is always sent containing this information. Sometimes it ends up in your spam folder, so have a look there.
How long ago did you make the purchase?
