Hello,
Make sure that you're not running on an ***** platform. Second, un-install the program and re-install it properly.
Are you running Vista, XP, 98? ..
Thank you.
I've tried re-install it several times and still unable to open it.
i'm running on XP. perhaps it has something to do with my settings..?
any suggestions?

Good Luck! I remember one poster saying "If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try again, this is what they did and BINGO, it worked".

Thank you LadyEye,
Now I'm able to use BlueVoda. I found that my problem is not that the file is not stored in my pc, but is there somewhere which is not located correctly. When I open the Start Menu, the 'BlueVoda Website Builder' is there but the file is empty (Start > All Programs > BlueVoda Website Builder > Empty ).
Then I tried opening My computer > Local Disk (C:) > Program Files. There it lays my BlueVoda.. and the file is fully functional. The next thing I did was copying the BlueVoda file to my desktop, so that it is easily accessible.
Hope this information will help anyone who get the same problem as I did. Never give up hope~
