Question Sliding Menu Bar

Hi,

I have created my sliding menu but when the sub menu appears (slides out) it overlaps the next menu button below so that both lots of text merge. Any suggestions on how I can solve this problem? I have moved the text forward/backward/front (any way it will go) but still the problem persists!!!!

Thanks,

Hi Again Chris,

I have just published my index page. As you will see, I have decided to completely change my "image"!!!! The original menu buttons did say "places to visit" & "contact us" but when the drop down menu appeared, the text would overlap the button below. So I came to the conclusion that I had to shorten my button names in order for this not to happen. I would also like the drop down menu to appear in the darker shaded area as apposed to dropping down on the same colour background, is this possible? I'm gonna be really cheeky & ask you if you know how I can change the "feathered" edges on my picture so that it blends into the background instead of having the white border?

Cheers Chris,
