Thread: BV Software Problems

Hello,
BV has been closing everytime I try to cut an image..the program stops and I get this message

BlueVoda has encountered a promblem and needs to close..

I have also had text issues where it will keep a text underlined even though it's not supposed to be..

Should I just download another version of the software?

Good idea John .. redownload and install blue voda - be sure you have all updates with microsoft, your anti-virus, etc., and redownload and reinstall blue voda ..

Be sure you are actually inserting a valid file extension onto your blue voda pages ...

Do I need to uninstall the older bv first?

Yea this is a weird promblem it's only happening on one page - whenever I try to undo an action bv just shuts down

No it will be fine to just install it directly on top of your current version, and you don't have to worry about losing your files or anything, this won't happen. Also be sure to do all those other updates firstly, reboot your computer, then redownload and install blue voda .. let us know if you have any further problems...
