I have just published my website but instead of opening at the index page I get:

What have I done wrong and how do I correct it.

I created the page links pointing to the other pages directly in MY DOCUMENTS before I published. Do I need to point them to the website URL for the page and if so how do I now edit the links?

You will need to delete the page from your file manager named Index

this needs to be lower case index ... and you should delete this page so that it does not cause conflict with your new index page that you will publish ...

yes, all pages need to be linked together with your website url and the name of the page ...
