Default How can I add a "floater" on my index page

How do I add a floating page with email opt in on my webpage. It'll basically be a form that'll have something like "sign up for your free enewsletter and get the following gifts for free" on it, but floating as you scroll up and down the webpage until you either fill out the form and click submit or close it.

I'd like it to have a close button on it for people to close it if they just want to view the webpage.

    Thanks,

You would need some javascript to creating the floating window. There might be some javascript code you can copy and paste on http://dynamicdrive.com

    Register/Login Script
Do you use a Password Protected Directory? Need a way to allow users to make their own account, try my .htaccess Login Script
