Lightbox issue.

Hey all!

My issue for today LoL. But i am having a blast with BV.

Here is my issue. I made a few basic template designs for my web design site.

I then print screened the page and cropped the imae etc. in paint program.

Then in BV loaded the images in my lightbox, and published.

Now live on site the thumbnails come up fine and you can click em as you should.

Problem is when you click them, the page comes up with the bigger size picture...but only a white page is there for each template.

I appreciate any help hehe. If anyone wants to look, its at www.drwdesigners.com and go under templates. You will see the light box.

what format are your pictures in and what size are they fully open?

Hey Marinky,

They are variable but no bigger then 600 x 600. Saved in PNG.

I am not an image expert but I would hazzard a guess that it's the format. Can you have these pics as jpegs?

Im fast lol.

Even before you responded...when you said which format and went back and changed em all to JPEG. Now they work.

I can confirm this bug. If you use .png files you will get a white background on picture when you click on the thumbnail. No issue with jpgs.
