Thread: this is urgent!

i have posted the other day a question and no one answered... please someone give me an answer since i am stuck with my web site
this was my question
in the past i have asked for a simillar question and someone in here helped me out. he sent me the following link http://www.vodahost.com/vodatalk/bluevoda-tips-tricks-shortcuts/8127-bluevoda-using-different-languages.html and it actually helped. the problem is that i havent used bluevoda for a while now and so i deleted the program from my computer. i then installed it again and did the same process as described in the link above but now blue voda wont recognize my language (i need to write in hebrew). it wont recognize it in the web page (the one im bulding) it self and also not on the meta tags and description of the page areas. i need someone to help me ASAP. i di not know what to do anymore.

את הקוד יש לרשום במקום שכתוב UTF-8
ממש לרשום במקום את הקוד שנתתי לך וזה ישאר כמו קוקיז לפעמים הבאות
