Thread: downloading from my hosting pannel

I am a member of a different hosting site and i have some web pages that i would like to edit with the Bluevoda trial. I followed the directions and clicked<tools><ftp> but it keeps telling me that my password is incorrect. I am logged into that host in another window, so i know i know that i have the correct password. I am wondering if i need to choose a different IP. How do I know which IP to choose? I know the IP of my computer but it is not on the list. Please help!! Thanx! Regina
