Can i link one page on more points like middle or bottom or top where ever my desired data is there . same question i posted on other forum but i did not get any answer pls help me

i am sorry i could not write properly,
actually it is properly linked but my question is
suppose we have page named as 1a and the headings in this page are

3
4
5
the detail of above headings are given in page suppose 1b are
1---detail
2----detail
3---detail
4---detail
5---detail
so now if i will click on the any heading of page 1a (1,2,3,4,5) page 1b will open , that is right
my question is this if i will click suppose heading 4 in page 1a than the page 1b should open starting from the detail of 4---detail, likewise if i will click on heading 5 on page 1a than the page 1b should open starting from the detail of 5---detail
the reason is that visitor need not to scroll down for detail

You are describing a "bookmark", a simple linking feature available in Blue Voda in the top browser bar under "Insert" ....

I think i could not explain properly , i have one page on my website named http://www.ptmqatar.com/meetingroles.html on this page few role players names are given and there detail is given on one page named as http://www.ptmqatar.com/we.html so now when i am clicking suppose "Toastmaste of the Day" second page is opening, upto here it is ok but i want when i will click "Toastmaster of the day" new page should open from the detail of "Toastmaster of the day" which one by default opening from the begining of page

Hi, i think we are still talking about bookmarks?
If you are on the meetingsroles page & click on timers, you would like to go to "We.html" page & directly to timer paragraph at the same time.
If so, insert a bookmark on the we.html page next to timer & call the bookmark "timer". The link to this from another page will be http://www.ptmqatar.com/we.html#timer
This link will go direct to the timer when you have inserted the book mark on the we.html page next to the timer text.
