Thread: Template Design

I am wanting to do some thing like this: Start with a template rectangle, with a rectangle within, I want to then size both rectangles and then round the corners of both and then color the frame, do I do that with shapes? or tables?

You would use the "Shapes" tool. Then double click on the shape and set your parameters.
