is it possible to have 2 pull down menu's that dont hyperlink or anything that only have numbers in them, and once 2 numbers from of each menu have been selected, have them do math to create a new number in a blank box next to them.

Using Blue Voda, you can create a "form" and then use any of the text/combo/list boxes any way you desire ... either to create an email, hyperlink to another page (or bookmarked area) or left "unconfigured" to represent a list.
