About LinkBacksAfter running the 9.3 installer, BV still shows itself as the old version. I don't yet use PayPal but will soon, so I want to be sure I'm good to go. Did they just forget to change the version number?

Yeah the last two updates were similar where the version didn't appear to change but actually did. So I would imagine you do have the latest version despite what it says.
Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.
