Thread: Images missing

I emailed all of my website files to myself to open at my office computer so I can work on the website there. I saved them all just as they were on my home computer and opened BV. I get the pages and all the text etc, but everywhere there is supposed to be an image it just says "image not found" and is blank. What did I do wrong? It seems very difficult to work from more than one computer on the same site.

make sure that they are in the "preview" folder. if not BV doesn't know where to look for them on your other machine.

well it sounds like you have transfered all the pages but not the image file. All your pictures should be in the image file with BV, unless you left them in my pictures or my documents on your hard drive. Nonetheless, gather all your pictures and put them in the image folder and bring that folder to your office. you probably will have to import your images on each page but that is not too much work.
