In Control Panel, open File Manager (or Legacy File Manager).
(If you have addon domains, make sure you are in the proper directory)
Click on Upload Files - browse to find the .pdf file and Upload it.
Your link would then be
http://www.yourdomainname/nameofpdf.pdf
