Default Images are not showing

My images are not showing after publishing. However, they show well on preview.
Note: I downloaded Voda10 just recently, and this work was initially done with Voda9. Could this be a reason?

Is there something I am missing please? The funny thing is that these images are actually voda shapes and header used in designing
the site and therefore I find it strange that they are perfect in preview, and then they disappear in the published view.
The site is http://www.attractyourman.info
I need help please.

Sorry. Double posting was purely by mistake - while editing.

The header, checkmarks, burtons, shapes [voda]. In fact the general design components do not show when published. But the site comes to life in preview mode.
Please take a look at it again, you will see all the spots with a red "x". All are graphics.

The greatest surprise is that the site was OK betwee 03.30 to about 4.15 in the morning, and then all the graphics just disappeared.I have checked everything and re-published several times, but I don't seem to be getting it.

Default Image/Graphics Distortion After Publishing

I initially posted this in the image section of the forum, but did not get any help there. I also followed a thread in this section on
the same topic, but it kind of fizzled out. Apologies please, I am getting desperate. The site is:

www.attractyourman.info

All my images and graphics disappear after publishing. This include headers, checkmarks, bullet points, bv shapes, bv background,
everything basically. You only get a red "x" in their places.

I was wondering whether BV10 has any issues with sites originally built with BV9, even though Naval has been saying it doesn't.
I tested again with a new mini-site, and the same thing happened after publishing.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong PLEASE!!
Any help will be appreciated
thanks

Hi, is this an add on domain??? Might be worth a check in your cpanel at the hot link protection. to see if this might be the problem.

Hi Jahman

I believe Chris left you a message in your other thread to check in your control panel, for the icon, hot link protection, and add this domain to the list .. at times this can be a reason for your images to not show properly.

As well, if you have inserted the images and then moved them from place to place on your computer this can happen.

Just another note, I have noticed that most of your images are called banner - it's not the best name for your images as some browsers can potentially, or have been known to, kick off any images using that name ..

I would recommend, renaming your images, to something relevant to the image, reinserting, republishing and see if your images appear. If not, go to your control panel and add this domain to your list under hot link protection ..

Pls let us know if your problem gets solved.

Thanks a lot. You are quite right about moving my images on my computer - I recently re-arranged my images folder. I'll do all you suggested and let you know.
Thanks again

Thanks Carbon and Chris. Yes it is an add-on domain [Note: I have several and this has not been an issue] But I will check out your suggestion Chris.

Carbon Terry, I am happy that you can now appreciate my confusion. It is like a "now you see it, now you don't" situation. And yes I always publish via BV. But in the process of trying to figure out what's wrong, I published using Voda's inhouse FTP without any change. I am using BV10, though the site was originally built with BV9.

Anyhow I'll try what Chris and Lady Eye suggested and let you all know.
Thanks alot

Hi guys, I have done all Lady Eye and Chris suggested [several times] and republished [several times too]. Still no show.
Right now my brain is blocked as I have exhausted it thinking about this problem.
But I still believe that the good people of this forum will somehow find a solution to it.

hey! Is it just possible that there is something in my computer that could be causing this??! - just how far my brain has gone! lol

I'll take a stab at it! I'm not sure if this will help, but maybe!
Open that page into BV and bring every image to the "Front". I think you have a large shape,(bv01149.png, aka:trans.gif?), over all your images. Then republish.

Also, go to cpanel and check that all the missing images are in that folder.
Hope it works!

Thanks Dave, but I'm afraid I didn't quite get the statement"..all the missing images are in that folder". Which folder do you mean. Am I supposed to have all the images [including bv shapes] in a folder which I should also upload to the server?

I usually just pick an image/grahics from my computer, finish my designing and publish. Is this the wrong way?Should I be uploading all my images, and if so are they supposed to show up somewhere in the control panel?
Seems am getting a bit mixed up now.
But thanks. I'll go do what you suggested, at least the one I understood.

Hi, its one of two things? The add on domain hasn't been added correctly or you havnt configured the hot link correctly. I would opt for the 1st as click on this link below & then look at the address bar.
