Default Iframe Expandable?

On Bluevoda can you make iframes expandable, so when u click a link and it goes to the iframe it gets longer (aslong as the page is).

anychance anyone help me or tell me how to do this?

You can make the text/content within the frame to be scrollable.
www.dynamicdrive.com has many scripts that can help you.
