Hi, you will need to do this in one of your image programs. If you don't have one there is a freebie at this link. Load your image & then use the Main menu> layers>Rotate/Zoom facility's. You may have to increase the canvas size via Main menu>image>canvas size. Otherwise it may start cropping the corners off the image. Good luck.
