Ftp/Control Panel question

Greetings,

A few months ago I built A site on a free trial download with flash CS3 and built a site for a friend of mine who signed up with Blue Voda. Now he wants some pictures changed on the site. I don't have cs3 and I don't have the original files. He erased them. Is there a way I can go into either the ftp or control panel to do the changes to the pictures on his site?
